1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and pk987 (hereinafter referred to as "pk987", "the Platform", "the Operator", "we", "us" or "our") in respect of your access to and use of the pk987 website located at https://pk987.cam and all related services, games, features and promotional offers made available through the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable promotional terms that are hereby incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform. pk987 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

To register and maintain an account on pk987, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's applicable license jurisdiction or your local laws, whichever is greater.
• You are legally permitted to access and use online gambling services in your jurisdiction. You accept sole responsibility for determining the legality of participation under applicable local laws.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative or nominee of any third party.
• You do not reside in, or access the Platform from, any Prohibited Territory or jurisdiction in which the operation or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by pk987 for breach of these Terms.
• You have the capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of pk987 or any of its affiliates.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Account Creation

Each Player may hold only one registered Account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. pk987 uses technical and procedural measures to detect multi-accounting.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering your Account and must promptly update that information if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information, including a false name, date of birth, address or identity document, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. pk987 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify the pk987 support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account.

4.4 Account Currency

The currency designated for your Account is set at registration and cannot be changed thereafter. Where PKR is available as an account currency, all deposits, wagers, winnings and withdrawals are denominated accordingly. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs where applicable.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

pk987 is committed to operating in accordance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. As part of these obligations, the Operator may at any time request that you provide satisfactory documentary proof of identity, address and payment method ownership before processing withdrawals, during account review or as required by compliance protocols.

5.1 Acceptable Documents

Acceptable identity documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Pakistani Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back copy
• Valid passport (information page)
• Government-issued photo identification with date of birth
• Recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence for proof of address (dated within the last three months)

5.2 Verification Obligations

The name on your pk987 Account must exactly match the name on all submitted verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the requested timeframe, or submission of false, altered or forged documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and, where legally required, reporting to relevant authorities.

5.3 Withdrawal Hold Pending Verification

pk987 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal request pending completion of KYC verification. No interest, compensation or damages will be payable in respect of any such hold, provided the hold is lifted promptly upon satisfactory completion of verification.

6. Deposits & Payment Methods

pk987 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform from time to time. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without notice. Payment methods referenced on the Platform for context — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar options for Pakistani players and do not constitute a representation that these providers endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling services.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as displayed in the cashier section. These limits may be adjusted at the Operator's discretion.
• pk987 does not charge deposit fees but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once processed. Contact support immediately if a deposit has been made in error.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (where supported, including BTC and USDT) are subject to network confirmation times and the exchange rates applicable at the time of transaction.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory KYC verification, completion of any applicable wagering requirements and compliance with all other applicable terms. pk987 does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times, which are determined by the payment method selected, internal review requirements and third-party processing delays.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your name that matches your Account details.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method, as indicated in the cashier section at the time of the request.
• pk987 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds documentation for large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are not permitted; only real-money winnings that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn.
• In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering or breach of these Terms, pk987 reserves the right to suspend and investigate withdrawal requests, freeze Account balances and report activity to relevant authorities.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

pk987 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific promotional terms and to the general bonus conditions set out in this Section 8. Where there is any conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement which must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×) is specified in the relevant promotional terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active, a maximum single-bet limit applies as specified in the promotional terms. Bets exceeding this limit during bonus play may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games and other game categories may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotional terms or game contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the specified validity period. Upon expiry, the bonus amount and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed at the point of withdrawal.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

pk987 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings and suspend or close Accounts where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that bonus offers have been abused. Abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using hedging strategies, coordinating play with other players, exploiting game mechanics to satisfy wagering at minimal risk, and any other conduct that circumvents the intent of the promotional offer.

9. Wagering Rules

All wagers placed on pk987 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sports market, as displayed within the game interface or betting interface. In the event of any technical failure or dispute concerning a wager, pk987's decision — based on the official game/match result and the Platform's transaction logs — shall be final and binding.

• Bets placed after an event has commenced ("late bets") may be voided at the Operator's discretion if the Platform's systems accepted the bet in error due to a technical issue or data feed delay.
• Minimum and maximum wager limits apply per game, per market and per day, as displayed in the relevant game or betting interface.
• Winnings are credited to your Account Balance immediately upon confirmation of the official result.
• In the event of a proven technical error that incorrectly displays odds, payouts or game outcomes, pk987 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Players' balances.
• Sports betting markets, including but not limited to Pakistan cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football and UFC, are subject to the official ruling body's results. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement or result reversal, the specific market rules apply as stated at the time of bet placement.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities, which constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information during registration or at any point during Account operation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing or any form of coordinated play intended to manipulate outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software. Any such exploitation must be reported to the support team immediately; failure to do so is itself a breach.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing or other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using a VPN, proxy or other technology to circumvent geographic access restrictions.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, impairs or interferes with the Platform's operation or the experience of other Players.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Players or Platform staff.

11. Responsible Gambling

pk987 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended as adult entertainment and must not be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The following tools are made available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps to control spending. Limits take effect immediately and can only be decreased with immediate effect; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss permissible within a given period. Once the limit is reached, further gambling is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. Alerts are displayed when the limit approaches, and the session may be terminated automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. To initiate self-exclusion, contact the support team. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of session duration and activity.

12. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, graphics, text, images and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the pk987 Platform are the exclusive property of pk987 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and information purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from pk987.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk987 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if pk987 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pk987's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk987 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Game outcomes and sports results are determined independently of pk987 and, where applicable, by third-party game providers and official sporting authorities.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

pk987 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any or all Account balances, at any time and without prior notice, where the Operator has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal or money laundering purposes.
• A Player is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual or household have been identified.
• KYC verification requirements have not been met within a reasonable timeframe.
• Continuation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

You may also close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts and pending wager settlements) will be returned to you via the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pk987 reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pk987 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform (e.g., a notice banner or email notification to registered Players). The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14 above.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pk987 holds its operating license.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to contact the pk987 support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable under the Operator's license terms.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in their jurisdiction of residence, to the extent that such laws cannot be excluded by contract.
